4 UNITS from THE OCEAN, Villa 1304, Beachfront

We stayed over spring break week as a family of four. The unit had more than enough room for us and was very comfortable. The terrace area was wonderful and we spent lots of time there. The resort itself was beautiful and everyone working there was so kind and helpful. The location was great as it was away from the busy/noisy marina area but only a short uber ride away. It was nice to have several restaurant options on site, as well as the small shopping area. Unfortunately the beach wasn't swimmable the week we were there, but this was of course beyond the host's control. Also, be sure to look carefully at the layout photo provided in the listing. The two bedrooms are behind separate locked doors that connect via the terrace. This was fine for us as our kids are older, but could be tricky if you have younger ones. Overall we loved our stay here in Cabo and would definitely stay here again if we return!

Host was super. The unit had everything we needed and then some. The resort is well located. They need more pool chairs. Filled up by 7:00.

Great well appointed unit with excellent view

Host was very attentive!

Our family of five, with three young adult children, loved staying in unit 1304!! We enjoied all of the indoor and outdoor space of the unit. The Resort, and our Villa, was extremely clean. The friendly staff works very hard to keep it that way. We enjoied the beach and swimming in the clear, clean, blue water. The location was excellent and the ammenities were great, especially since you can use the 2 sister resort ammenities as well! We hope to come back and stay in the future!
